What is this?

This guide provides the relevant settings to configure the majority of devices to use UFONE's Broadband Service


ADSL

PPPoE is not supported on this service.

** VLAN Information may or may not be requested dependant on your router or CLNE.

VDSL

VLAN Priority (802.1p): 0
Protocol: Dynamic or; DHCP

PPPoE is not supported on this service.


UFB

VLAN ID (802.1x): 10
VLAN Priority (802.1p): 0
Protocol: Dynamic or; DHCP

PPPoE is not supported on this service.

Mobile Data

4G/5G Data

In most circumstances, you will not need to configure any settings for the 5G Data Service, simply insert your SIM card and it should connect with your CPE or Mobile Device default settings.

Please refer to the UFONE Mobility Connect Service Description Document for other relevant information relating to the Configuration, Compatibility and Requirements for CPE used with this service.

*** In some configurations a specific username and password may be required dependant on network deployment. The correct syntax for this is 64xxxxxx@yyy.zzz where xxxxxx is the assigned SNID and yyy.zzz is the assigned APN.
